Firstly I will let you now by using Free Blogspot blogger.  It’s are easy.  Research niche keyword, create blog on blogspot, get RSS feed blog with same niche and post to your blogspot blog. But it is more easy with Auto Blogging Software. I create 5 blog form 1 email only. Repeat for new 1 email with 5 blog.

You can use Micro Niche Finder to find niche keyword / Low Hanging Keyword. I’m using adsense optimize template as here: Blusense from dosh dosh, Money generator. You can google for free blogger adsense optimize templates.

This post intend to tell you the secrets of hiring a freelance. The is so many site which provide freelance portal. And usually we know the BIG name in outsource portal as elance, getafreelancer and so on.

FYI, I usually used Elance.com and Odesk.com because of easy to understand go through from A to Z even it’s first time used that portal.

Back to the secret is, usually i hired people from 3 country. The country is INDIA, RUSSIA & PHILIPPINES. This 3 country have unique criteria that i like.

If  I want to outsource the data entry work, Script writing & Social bookmarking I will choose Indian workers. The price is so cheap and the works are great.

If I want to outsource the complex script, programming and many of function script, I will hire people from Russia. They are intelligent in scripting.

And if I’m looking for good English report writer with low price, i wil choose Philippines workers since Philippines / Pinay / pinoy are so good in writing report in english.

Upah pakar tadi untuk datang tengok seminggu sekali atau sebulan sekali untuk memastikan serai anda sihat, gemuk dan jauh dari penyakit.

Many of user using google search engine to search product, guide, review and solution. If your website in first page of google search result, you are will making tonne of money. If not, you are old skool. No one know your website. That’s why marketing and SEO optimization very important for the website.

The main thing is KEYWORD RESEARCH. Which keyword you are targeting for optimize the website. Do keyword researh for the competitor in the same niche. Brainstorm for possible keyword which is related your website. Look at your cpanel awstats too for keyword search by user.

Pick low hanging keyword which longer phrases with les traffic. For long term SEO, the foundation of your website must firmly built.  Make sure no eroor and optimization has been made to the roof.  Avoid using frames, use  javascript on another .js file, use clean code, use robots.txt, have xml sitemap, and linkbacks.

After the foundation firm, then you should sniper your competitor on linkbacks, on page optimization, what keyword they use and which foundation they are using. By this way you can beat your competitor and dominate first page on google search without using PPC.

Persuasive means “good at persuading someone to do or believe something”. Persuade means “cause to do something through reasoning or argument”. So this is critical factor in Selling, Approaching and Marketing any of business.

You must make the customer / audience / buyer believe in every word you said. Make sure you have this 4 point for saving you in persuasive. The 4 point is:

1. Thinking as buyer mind. Jot down every question on paper and answer the best.
2. Before the buyer ask a question, you must give the solution first. Don’t wait until buyer ask.
3. Tell buyer with confidence. Your speech is take 80% in persuasive rather than 20% in product knowledge
4. Last point is, but don’t leave product knowledge ZERO. You must know what you sell or what you thinking.

With this 4 point, you are on the way of persuasive. Be persuasive and you can make more money.

P/s: Salesman is a very high payed job when you are doing more job, and very low payed job when you doing less. There is no limit you can make money by be a salesman!
